I believe therapy is a space where you can better understand yourself, heal from what you have experienced, and move toward the life and relationships you want. I work with adults, couples, and teens who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, faith transitions, and major life changes.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important part of healing, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I integrate EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, Gottman Method principles, and Mind Body Bridging into my work. EMDR can help process distressing experiences and the beliefs and patterns that may continue to affect you in the present. I use attachment-based approaches to help clients understand how past experiences can influence relationships, emotions, and their connection with themselves and others. With couples, I incorporate Gottman Method principles to support healthier communication, connection, and relationships.
I also work with individuals navigating faith transitions or changes in beliefs. These experiences can bring grief, uncertainty, questions about identity, and significant life changes.

NextTherapist is a clinician-founded, woman-founded directory built for how people actually choose a therapist — by connection, not just a checklist of specialties. Every profile shows real availability so you book an actual appointment, not a waitlist.
