I work with couples, families, and individual adults and teens who are struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, emotional distress, low self-esteem, men’s issues, and difficulties with intimacy and connection. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves or their loved ones, or unsure how to move forward in their personal or relational lives. They want to feel seen, understood, and supported; and to regain clarity, confidence, and connection so they can build more fulfilling relationships and a greater sense of well-being. Everyone wants to feel worthy. The truth is, you already are. Let’s discover that.
I bring a systemic approach, seeing the system, not the person, as creating problems. I help adults, teens, couples, and families move past stuck patterns using mindfulness, CBT, acceptance, and emotional regulation skills. I also offer nature-based interventions like walking, birdwatching, photography, or wilderness skills to connect with self and the world.
Health isn’t a destination, it’s a state of becoming. Therapy offers space to take steps that naturally bring healing. Expectations, pressure, and self-doubt can leave us feeling disconnected, but therapy helps you reconnect with who you are, what you need, and how you want to move forward.
