Hi! My name is Macady Birch, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I choose this field because I believe deeply that the most joy we can experience in this life is as a result of our meaningful relationships within families. I also believe that the most pain and heartache we can experience in this life is in those same relationships. Often I think we get stuck in our marriages, in our families, or in life because we are not equipped with the right tools. Not because we have bad intentions or are bad at relationships! I find great passion and purpose helping couples and families get unstuck, and find deeper connection and healing. I believe each person has inherent worth and value. I seek to help individuals, couples, and families, understand themselves and each other better. My goal is to help couples foster closeness, emotional safety, trust, and have fun again!
